Not every old roof needs replacing, and we'll tell you straight if a repair will get you more years. These are the signs that usually point to replacement:

Every replacement is quoted line by line so you know what you are paying for. A typical job covers:
- Full tear-off of the old shingles and underlayment down to the deck
- Inspection of the decking and replacement of any rotted or soft boards
- New synthetic underlayment, plus ice-and-water shield in valleys and around penetrations
- New drip edge, starter strip, pipe boots and flashing
