How a repair works
You call or send the form, we get on the roof, find the actual source of the leak (which is often several feet from where the stain shows up inside), and send you photos with a price. If the roof is past saving we will tell you that too — but we will not push a replacement you do not need.
Common questions
Why is my roof leaking around the pipe vent?
Most pipe vent leaks come from the rubber boot around the pipe. In the Alabama sun those boots dry out and crack, often years before the shingles wear out. Replacing the boot is a quick, inexpensive repair.
Can you patch a roof with mismatched shingles?
We match color and style as closely as possible. On older roofs the new shingles may look slightly different at first because the old ones have weathered, but the repair will still keep water out.
